Candy Hearts
The heart shape is one of my favourites: It’s so versatile; you can create it in many different shapes and styles, put them together in various compilations.In this design, I have put them together to make a flower shape, with "leaves" in between. I chose to use six different shades of thread though it would look good in any number of threads from one upwards. I finished the design as a simple pincushion but there are many different ways this could be finished. It was an absolute delight to stitch and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did!
